MTO / Custom Embellished Apparel Items Terms and Conditions
All Embellished Apparel items are Made to Order - Made to Order Product or “MTO Product” shall mean a product is not made and kept in stock but instead is only created when an order is received.
MTO or Custom pieces are often created using one-of-a-kind vintage components and other sourced materials.
MTO or Custom orders are deemed Final Sale and are not able to be returned or refunded.
Full payment is required for mto/custom orders. Once production has commenced all costs of production have been incurred therefore a cancellation is no longer possible, and the mto/custom order cannot be refunded.
The mto/custom order production lead times are estimated at 12-14 days. This does not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping and delivery lead times are estimated at 5-10 days but is subject to change. Most orders are shipped out within 3 weeks depending on the item but please expect up to 4 weeks. Custom ordered items may take a little longer.
In the unlikely case of a mto/custom order exceeding 5 weeks from the date of payment, the customer has the right to cancel the custom order for a full refund.
Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee if you are in a time crunch and only once the item is available for shipping.
Non Embellished Apparel items ship out much faster if ordered separately - meaning do not order with a MTO or Custom item order as that will delay the entire order. Non MTO or Custom items should be ordered separate in order to receive faster.
MTO or Custom items are not mass produced as they are handmade and customizable.
